  • Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and cilantro, in slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in yogurt and cilantro.
  • Yields about 1 cup chicken with sauce per serving.

  1. This is a nice easy recipe with good flavoring. I too doubled up on the spices as it definitely neede a little more kick for me but overall easy, healthy, and good.
     
  2. This recipe was delicious. Don't let the WW name fool you because it is full of flavor. I personally upped the spices because I am used to restaurant style Indian food.Serve it with some white rice or pita bread and you'll love it.

I'm a 48 y/o gay Jewish man in the suburbs immediately north of New York City. I'm a general internist, practicing and teaching at a medical college north of NYC. I also earned a Masters in Public Health degree in 2013. After a Walt Disney World trip in Dec 2006 where I had to rent an electric scooter because I couldn't manage the walking, I decided to have gastric bypass surgery, which was done Feb 28, 2007. I lost 160 lbs (though I've gained back about 60 of that since). I can't eat as much as I used to, so I want every bite to be extra good!
