Slow Cooker Chili

"I was insprired to try a new chili recipe when a friend of ours gave us several pounds of venison sausage. I came up with this recipe by looking at several others and mixing and matching my favorite ingredients. I think it turned out great, and my husband says this one is a keeper! so I wrote it down. I used Grolsh beer because that's what I had on hand, but I'm sure any beer will do, including non-alcoholic."

  1. This is so far the best chili recipe I have ever made. If you like a soupy savory broth, this recipe is for you. It was quick, easy and very flavorful. Perfect for a cold winter night...
