ingredients

2 lbs chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves, minced
¹⁄₃ cup soy sauce
²⁄₃ cup ketchup
¹⁄₄ cup honey

directions

Place all ingredients in a freezer bag. Double sauce ingredients if you like extra sauce.
Freeze.
To serve, transfer contents of bag to slow cooker. Cook 3-4 hours on high; 5-6 hours on low. Eat with rice or mashed potatoes and a veggie.
