  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook and stir 5 minutes or until onion is transparent. Stir in sausage and oregano. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in potatoes, salt and black pepper, mix well. Transfer mixture to slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low 6 hours, stirring every hour. Add cabbage and bell peppers during last 30 minutes of cooking.
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
