Slow Cooker Pork Barbecue

"This comes from my Southern Living Homestyle Cooking Cookbook. This is incredibly easy to throw in the pot before you leave for work, and come home to a nice, hot and tasty dinner. My husband loves this. I always half the recipe, and only use pork, but I am posting it the way it appears in the cookbook. Cubed pork chops work fine for this. Goes great with pickles and cole slaw."

 1. I used only pork loin and added 1/2 cup of KC masterpiece the second time for a really BBQ

 2. This was a big hit at the Super Bowl party yesterday! I made it with all pork, and served it with coleslaw and dill pickles on soft rolls as recommended. Thanks! I'll surely be making this often. It's VERY easy and uses things I have on hand in the pantry!

 3. This is a great recipe! I didn't have any stew meat so only used lean pork, and it was wonderful.

 4. The only thing I did differently was omit the green pepper. This was great, my family loved it. Thanks!

I am not a very interesting person. I like to cook, I like to eat, and I love my husband Rick and my son Hugh. Thats pretty much it when it comes to me, that and an obsession for cats, especially our 2, Bunny & Bindy Sue. We live in Lake Dallas, TX, and have been married since August 16th, 2003. Hugh was born October 19th, 2009. Rick and I met on the internet in September 2001, and when we were married I moved from NJ where I grew up, to the big, scary, strange city of Dallas. There are things I like about Dallas and things I don't. I am definitely homesick for some real NY style pizza.
