  1. Salt and pepper pork chops as desired.
  2. Slice potataoes
  3. In slow cooker mix together potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and dijon mustard.
  4. In a skillet brown pork chops on both sides in olive oil.
  5. Place pork chops in slow cooker on top of the potatoes.
  6. Cook on low 6-7 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
