This would have been a lot better if I hadn't overcooked it! I was gone longer than I had expected to be and when I got home it was burnt around the edges. Luckily there was enough of an unburnt portion to feed me and my 2 little boys, and we tossed the rest. I will try it again I'm sure and not let it cook too long! I used only 1 pound of ground beef and substituted Tastefully Simple's Onion Onion mix for the onion and garlic. Omitted the celery and green pepper as I didn't have any on hand and I knew it wouldn't go over well with the boys. Good stuff!

This was very good and easy to make. I did change it up some. I used two pounds of ground beef and doubled the other ingredients other then the chili powder. I also didn't add the water and only added one cup of cut up peppers and onions. I cooked this all up on the stove and then kept in warm in the crock pot. Everyone enjoyed this.
