  • 3 -4 lbs round steaks
  • 1 (20 ounce) can stewing tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 12 onions, sliced
  • flour for flouring meat

directions

  • Cut steak into serving pieces. Tenderize. Combine 2 tablespoons flour with stewed tomatoes. Set asside. Flour meat and lightly brown in medium skillet with small amount of oil. Layer steak pieces, onions and stewed tomatoes in slow cooker. Cook 6-7 hours on low or 3-3 1/2 hours on high.

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
