Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, frozen (4 oz. per person) or 2 lbs thawed chicken breasts (4 oz. per person)
  • 2 (15 1/4 ounce) cans tropical fruit in juice
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottlehawaiian marinade
  • 2 cups rice or 1 lb pasta

Directions

  1. Place chicken in bottom of crockpot.
  2. Add tropical fruit and juice of at least 1 can (more won't hurt it), and Hawaiian marinade.
  3. Set Crock-pot for 3-4 hours on high, or 6-7 hours on low.
  4. Cook rice or pasta while chicken finishes cooking. At least 25 minutes for the rice and 15 for the pasta.
  5. Serve with chicken, some fruit, and sauce on top of the rice/pasta.
  6. Enjoy!
