  1. I made this without an apple or orange juice. Broth was from the cube. The cube taste was a bit too overpowering and in general I try to avoid cooking with it too often as it is not healthy. Maybe next time I will just use half of the cube plus the orange juice and the apple that I omitted this time. But I must say I loved the way the meat became tender, it was falling apart from the fork. Plus the gentle spiciness of the curry. I will make it again for sure. By the way I cooked it in the pressure cooker (5 whistles) and it was ready in about 15 min. Served with boiled baby potatoes dug out 15 min. before from the field - what a meal! Thank you for posting it, if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have the slightest idea what to do with a big chunk of pork my mom took out from the freezer this morning.
