  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. Mix shredded cheddar cheese with flour.
  3. Add skim milk, margarine, and beef broth.
  4. Knead dough until firm, and roll to 1/4" thickness.
  5. Stamp out with cookie cutter of choice.
  6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Store in airtight container.
