- 1 dozen egg
- 1 (250 g) jar smoked fish fillet
- 125 g cream cheese (half a package)
- 3 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) jar lumpfish caviar
directions
- Hard cook, peel, half and pull out the centeres of the eggs.
- In a bowl mix half the yolks, the smoked fish (juices as well), crean cheese, hot sauce, and s+p. Mix very well. You could mix in a food processor too.
- Taste the mix and make sure it is to your satisfaction :).
- Fill each egg white half with mixture and top with a dab of caviar.
- I do not add salt as the caviar adds enough of it!
- They are best very chilled.

I Love food as much as i love to prepare it.
I enjoy watching cooking shows to get IDEAS for new meals but i cant say i have ever made exactly someone elses. I always make my own variations to mine or my families tastes. I get alot of ideas from Rachael Ray, one of my favorites!
