  1. Cook the bacon in a heavy skillet. Remove and reserve the bacon but not the grease. Add the butter to the pan. Add the onion and cook slightly. Add the potatoes and cook until browned. Chop the bacon and return it to the pan. Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat slightly. Serve immediately.
