Smokey's Pork BBQ

"This is an easy recipe that gets great reviews when I prepare it. Every time I visit my family, it is a must that I fix it for them. I have tried smoking the pork and baking it but it always comes out better when I boil it. After preparing, it is best to let it set for awhile to let the pork absorb the sauce or even refrigerate overnight. Freezes well."

I am a wannabe cook and like simple recipes. I love all kinds of food and lean toward southern dishes when I cook. My favorite food to cook is one where I follow the recipe and it comes out tasting right because I didn't leave out an ingredient! I am retired and love to fish, Carolina beach music, shaggin' (a regional dance that is smooth) and cook when I am in the mood. My favorite sport? Talking! I have been told I am an all-star but my daughter-in-law say I am already in the Hall of Fame.:)
