Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup Little Smokies sausage, cut up
  • 1 cup zucchini, chunked
  • 12 avocado, pitted, peeled, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Directions

  1. Place smokies, zucchini, hot sauce and butter in small frying pan.
  2. Heat thoroughly until zucchini is just tender.
  3. Place heated mixture in a bowl and add mashed avocado.
  4. Toss to mix all & enjoy.
