  1. Oh yum! I didn't have Rose's lime juice so used a store brand. I scaled down the recipe for one and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks! Made for ZWT 2012 by a Herbaceous Curvaceous Honey.

  2. This was delicious - the mango was an excellent addition to the lemonade! I used fresh squeezed lime and lemon juices. Thanks for sharing! ZWT8

  3. Oh yum! This was a delicious and healthy breakfast. I used frozen mangoes and fresh lime juice but otherwise followed the recipe. Made for ZWT8 Zingo

  4. I actually made this for my breakfast this morning and loved the tangy taste of the lemon with the slightly sweet taste of the mango. The honey helped to sweeten without being overly sweet. Lovely combo that I'll be using often, this is just enough differant that it would make a really nice serving when we have company over too on those hot summer days. The only thing I did differant was reduce the serving size in half for myself - but next time I'll mae the whole serving. Made for ZWT8

  5. Made for a ZWT-8 Zingo Family Pick & this was such a treat. I also scaled it down (for 2), used my stick-blender & made it exactly as written. It has the texture of a thick milk shake, is very filling & would be seen as a spec treat by kids. I liked it so much that I decided to try a slightly different version as a trial. All I did for my "different version" was use Lemon-Lime Flavored Sprite Zero in place of the water. Oh my, it was way beyond words good! Thx for sharing this recipe w/us.

My Family and I moved to South Africa at the beginning of 2007 to be missionaries. My Husband is the Pastor of a church in Eden Park, a township in the Jo'burg area. We are having a great time. My kids love it (3 of them, 1 born here). We have got to do many exciting things( pet lion cubs, feed giraffes, eat Zebra(gross!)and other meats(Warthog was surprisingly the best, go figure) and swim on a beach with penguins, to name a few). I have always loved to bake but just got into cooking since moving over here. There were a lot of things I couldn't find over here(and still can't) that we were wanting so I started searching for good recipes for everything from sausage, salad dressing and root beer,to enchilada sauce, Macayo's baja sauce(posted), and Applebees hot wings! A fellow missionary turned me on to this site and My husband got me a membership for this last birthday. I am loving it!
