  1. bring cream and hald and half to a boil. stir in melted chocolate and stir until melted.
  2. in a small bowl, stir egg yolks until a uniform color is formed.
  3. add half of hot chocolate to egg yolk mixture. stir until eggs are warmed. stir in second half of chocolate mixture.
  4. boil water and put mixture into 6 custard cups.
  5. bake 45-5 minutes.
  6. chill for 3 hours.
  7. top with marshmallows and using a torch, melt marshmallow. garnish with graham crackers.
