  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, and milk in a large pan and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended.
  4. Gently stir in graham crackers and fold in marshmallows.
  5. Either spread into a buttered 13x9x2 inch pan or drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Refrigerate until firm.
