  1. holy gooey brownie goodness!!! I used Trader Joes Gluten Free Brownie Mix and made 1/2 the tray without graham crackers due to a wheat intolerance. Both versions were AMAZINGLY good. I did struggle cutting them into squares as the marshmallow kept gunking up on the knife and getting all over the place. Otherwise - WOW!

  2. This recipe is ALL the best food groups in one! Super easy and delicious. I put it under the broiler for the last 2 min. just to brown it up. It’s very casual, yet easy to dress up for company with a drizzle of carmel sauce, a sprinkle of walnuts, and a scoop of ice cream. YUM

  3. I made this for a friends bday at work today and this was great! I was skeptical that the graham cracker would get soggy, but it didn't! I probably used 4 cups of marshmallows and under cooked just by a minute or so to get that goody texture like a real Smores would and it turned out wonderful.

  4. We loved these and I'll be making them again for Labor Day. I also had to bake them longer, maybe just difference in brand of brownie mix. Great treat for the kiddos and grownups alike. Thanks for sharing.

  5. These brownies are great, a real kid and husband pleaser. I had to bake the brownie about 30 minutes instead of 20-25. Thanks

I have lived in Michigan all my life and always enjoyed watching my mom in the kitchen. It wasn't until I got married until I really started to enjoy cooking. I love to experiment with new recipes and create my own. My mother-in-law grew up Amish so I have also learned SO many great great cooking tips from her.
