Smothered Pork Chops

"This is something that I threw together several years. It is a really good comfort and it works well when you want to make something that you can put together quickly and just toss in the oven. These pork chops are so delicious and tender!"

  1. this was pretty good... although the chops seemed to dry out a bit...(probably operator error!)... we wound up w/ alot of potatoes & 'gravy' leftover... which is ok, i'll turn it into some sort of soup today! nonetheless- good and simple!

  2. I will try this one! Sounds yummy:)
