  1. Sift the dry ingredients.
  2. Add milk, butter, beaten egg and beat well.
  3. Add orange peel- Mix.
  4. Place in a greased loaf pan and let rise for about 15 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
