  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon onion, minced
  • 14 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 14 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and pepper, to taste

directions

  • Cover and cook beans in a small amount of boiling water until just tender.
  • Drain if necessary.
  • Combine sour cream, onion, and garlic salt.
  • Stir in bacon.
  • Serve dressing over the beans.
