Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 12 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 6 ounces red onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 ounces fresh snap peas, sliced on a angle
  • 14 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 -2 teaspoon soy sauce, to taste

Directions

  1. Coat bottom of hot pan with oil adding everything in order listed.
  2. Stir frying over high heat.
  3. Stirring each ingredient before adding the next ingredient.
  4. Cook till tender crisp!
