Snicker Salad

"Quick and easy dessert that everyone loves. Great the day it's made, but even better if left in the fridge overnight allowing all the caramel to ooze out."

I'm a single mom of a soon to be 7 year old. I'm lucky that my son LOVES veggies - he'd rather have carrots than candy. I love to cook but don't get much of a chance to. So, when I do get to cook, I like experimenting. My friends often invite me over. They ask what I want to make - I give them a list of what I need and they buy all the ingredients and I do all the cooking. So, we all end up happy. Personally, I like good down home cooking. I remember watching my grandmothers cook and what I would give to have some of those recipes now.
