It's a delightful blend of chocolate, almond and cream, but the Dutch caramel vodka is the real secret to the delectable taste of this lovely beverage. I didn't include chill time in the prep time, since that can vary."

- caramel sauce (for glass)
- chocolate syrup (for glass)
- 1 1⁄2 ounces dutch caramel vodka
- 1⁄2 ounce irish cream
- 1⁄2 ounce chocolate liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce Amaretto
- spash cream
- ice cube
directions
- Drizzle a thin line of caramel sauce and chocolate sauce on the inside of a old-fashioned glass (or short "rocks" tumbler). Place in refrigerator to chill.
- Combine caramel vodka, Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, amaretto, cream and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker; shake well.
- Pour (unstrained) into prepared glass. Serve with a straw.

This site used to be awesome. It was at the top of its game when it was called Recipezaar, but that was many years ago. The site was purchased by Scripps and belly-flopped into mediocrity. A few of the faithful members remained, hoping to wait out the storm of corporate nonsense. But alas, it never got better and just continued on its terminal path to nothingness. So most of the loyal members have vanished and made homes at better recipe sites.
