  1. Toast bread in toaster.
  2. Butter toast, stack high.
  3. In large pot, over medium high heat, melt coconut oil.
  4. Add in popcorn kernels and cover.
  5. Shake pot virgorously.
  6. When popping begins, lift cover off just a smidge so steam escapes but popcorn does not.
  7. When popping slows to 1 kernel per second, remove from heat.
  8. Add salt and pour into a large bowl. Add butter if desired.
  9. Enjoy!
