  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 6 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • candy cane (optional, for garnish)

directions

  • Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted.
  • Stir again before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes, as desired.

  2. Oh yum DD (toddler) and I loved this!! This is a gorgeous creamy fattening drink. I used rice milk for the milk part only and vanilla paste which is perfect in this. I heated and stirred in a covered pot on the stove until all melted and mingled together, we could NOT wait longer. I garnished with canned whipped cream for the look and DD. I would make this again on a cold winters day/night. Made for Everyday's a Holiday March 2010.
