Directions

  1. Cream butter.
  2. Add sugar gradually, cream until fluffy.
  3. Add unbeaten egg and vanilla.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Sift together dry ingredients.
  6. Blend into creamed mixture.
  7. Divide dough and chill.
  8. Roll dough into small balls.
  9. Place on an un-greased cookie sheet.
  10. Preheat oven to 400.
  11. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  12. Immediately roll in confectionery sugar when removed.
  13. Cool and roll again.
