Directions

  1. Sauté onion and garlic and put in stock pot.
  2. Add the potatoes, vegetables, seasonings, chicken broth, soy sauce, water, sour cream,and cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. While it's boiling, cook the chicken in some soy sauce.
  5. Add the noodles and chicken to the vegetable mixture.
  6. Cook on low for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Add more or less water depending on how much broth you want.
