  1. Boil potatoes and drain.
  2. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, butter, and pepper.
  3. Add potatoes a few at a time and mix and beat until smooth.
  4. Put in a baking dish and add topping.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes.
