Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 500 g chicken, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup mushroom, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon French onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) cancan cream of chicken soup
  • 12 cup sliced carrot
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 14 cup frozen corn
  • 14 cup frozen peas
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 14 teaspoon dried thyme


  1. Heat the oil in a large pot.
  2. Fry the chicken, onion and mushrooms together for about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the soup mix and soups and stir well. Cook until almost boiling and reduce to a low simmer.
  5. Add the vegetables and simmer for 15-20 minutes (or vegetables are all cooked).
  6. Serve and enjoy.
