Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs fresh fish fillets (or fresh-frozen and partially thawed)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • parmesan cheese, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange fish fillets to serve 4 people in a baking dish. Stir the canned tomato soup and pour over the fish. Sprinkle with lots of grated Parmesan cheese to your taste.
  3. Bake preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
