Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb soba noodles or 1 lb vermicelli
  • 14 cup sesame oil
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 12 cup sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 cup green onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Cook, drain and rinse noodles.
  2. Add sauce, stir and let soak in.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
