Directions

  1. Peel and grate the beet, if you have not already done so when you cooked the beet.
  2. Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth dough.
  3. Roll the dough into a cylinder shape and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the dough into disks and place on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on baking rack.
