Soft Molasses Cookies

"I received this recipe from my ex-husband's Grandmother 22 years ago and it still remains a family favorite for the holidays. The prep time is just an estimate and includes "mix time" and baking."

Hello!

Along with my love for cooking and collecting cook books and recipes... I have a deep love for nature and animals (finned, feathered, or furred...I love them all). I love anything and everything to do with the outdoors. I also enjoy (way too much) going to flea markets/antique shows, antique shops, and auctions. Picking up all sorts of things that I can't seem to live without (or use). I enjoy working in my flower beds and yard....where I'm often found lurking about with my digital camera in hand. My photo subjects include; our three dogs, our cat, flowers, and any and every creature that happens to be in my path.
