- 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 1⁄4 cup potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups bread flour (up to 3 1/2 cups)
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
