- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons instant yeast (1 pkg)
- 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 1⁄4 cup potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 cups bread flour (up to 3 1/2 cups)
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order given. Select the white bread option and start the bread machine.
