- 180 g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 45 g walnut oil
- 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 110 g flour
- 35 g oat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 500 g strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- Cream the sugar, almond extract, vanilla, yogurt and oil until smooth. The beat in one egg at a time until batter is light and fluffy. Fold in flour mixed with baking powder. Pour in greased 9" spring form and drop the strawberries on top. Gently press the strawberries down so almost covered by dough. Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 60 min at 320F Convection or until a toothpick comes out clean. Can be served hot or cold.
