ingredients

  • 1 cup strong coffee, Italian, fresh brewed
  • 1 ounce orange liqueur, Grand Marnia Cream
  • 1 cup bittersweet hot cocoa
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla, pure, good quality
  • 18 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1 ounce whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated (garnish)
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup

directions

  • Mix coffee, orange liquer,hot chocolate and vanilla together.
  • Pour coffee mixture into mugs.
  • Add the mini marshmallows.
  • Now top with the whipped cream.
  • Drizzle the chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream and finish garnishing with orange peel.
  • Enjoy.

  4. BK its a Winner! Darn, Annacia reviewed it before me, LOL! I used a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff instead of the mini marshmallows. I will be making this again real soon! Chocolate and orange are flavors that go perfect together! I also divided it in half for one serving. Thanks for posting. Yummy! Made for Summer 2009 Comfort Cafe.
     
  5. BK you've done it again. It's another winner. I'm just finishing a cup (ok, mug, I made a double :D) and I have to start dinner. However, I'm much more like doing it now, lol. Not sure it that is because of the soothing orange or the kick in the pants espresso I used. Either way, this is a delicious cup (or mug) of coffee. I didn't use the marshmallows and didn't miss them at all with all the other goodies. One wickedly yummy brew that I *might* be making again tonight. Kudo's Kato Baby.
