  • 34 cup chilled seeded watermelon balls
  • 34 cup chilled seeded cantaloupe melon ball
  • 34 cup chilled seeded honeydew balls
  • 1 cup lemon sorbet (or mango sorbet)
  • 12 cup sweet sparkling wine, chilled
  • mint sprig (optional)

Directions

  1. Arrange melon balls among four wine glasses or goblets.
  2. Scoop about 1/4 cup sorbet atop melon.
  3. Pour about 2 tablespoons sparkling wine over sorbet and melon.
