Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup diced celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can alphabet pasta and vegetable soup
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef with celery and onion.
  2. In a casserole dish combine beef mixture with the soups.
  3. Add 1 cup of the chowmein noodles.
  4. Bake at 1 hour at 350.
  5. Add remaining 1 cup of chowmein noodles, sprinkle some on top.
  6. bake for 10 more minutes.
