ingredients

¹⁄₄ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
³⁄₄ teaspoon salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded

directions

thoroughly whisk together all ingredients.
mix with coleslaw and refrigerate until ready to use.
