"I have no idea where this recipe came from. It was passed down from my grandma to my mother & then to me. We LOVE to add extra garlic, one clove is never enough for us."

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large minced garlic clove
- 1 1⁄4 ounces blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- salt & pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Let sit overnight, or at least 1 hour for flavors to blend.
