Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 green cabbage, core removed, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 14 cup nonfat sour cream (low, or full fat if you prefer)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Place cabbage in covered glass dish with a few spoonfuls of water.
  2. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes if necessary.
  3. Drain excess cooking water (be careful of the steam!).
  4. Stir in ~1/4 C of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
