Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in egg, sour cream, honey and vanilla.
  3. Mix dry ingredients.
  4. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
  5. Cover and chill for 3 hours.
  6. Roll out on floured surface to 1/8 inch thick.
  7. Cut with floured 3 inch cookie cutter.
  8. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
  9. Bake at 325* for 8 minutes or until light brown.
  10. Remove to wire racks to cool.
