ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2⁄3 cup sour milk
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened fruit juice
directions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Beat eggs, oil,milk,and juice til blended.
- Add to dry ingredients.
- Stir to just moistened.
- Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake 400F 20 minutes or until browned.
