  1. Slice a fresh watermelon into cubes.
  2. Place into a juicer or blender (make sure to strain) and liquefy.
  3. Add gelatin powder and mix into half the juice in a bowl.
  4. Place the other half of watermelon juice into a pan and heat (do not boil).
  5. Add the watermelon-gelatin mixture to the heated watermelon juice.
  6. Add lemon juice & tequila.
  7. Pour the mixture into watermelon molds.
  8. Chill for at least 30mins.
  9. Remove from the molds.
  10. Pipe green candy melts to create the rind.
  11. Pipe melted chocolate over the seed areas.
