Directions

  1. Saute onion in a little oil til soft.
  2. Add curry powder and turmeric.Saute for 30 sec. Don't let burn!
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook down to a paste.
  4. Add garlic and ginger.
  5. Add chicken and potatoes.
  6. Salt to taste and let simmer until chicken and potatoes are done.
