  • Whisk all ingredients together.
  • Store refrigerated.
  • To use: Paint sauce on ribs or chicken frequently (about every 10 minutes) during cooking or marinate pork roasts overnight before roasting.

  2. I love the flavor of this stuff! I tagged it for Photo Tag and will use it to make pulled pork in my crock pot. It should be delish!
     
  3. great blend of flavors, but thinner than i expected. i used on shrimp and mushroom kabobs on a charcoal grill, was a great flavor for that. and put the shrimp and a lil of the sauce on top of a salad the next day. if ic an make it thicker next time i will, if not, i won't make it again.
     
  4. This sauce is sooo tasty! I'm not a big fan of tomato based BBQ sauces, this is great. I used it to accompany pulled pork sandwiches. I will definatley used again to marinate or baste with. Thanks!
     
  5. Dh walked into the house and wouldn't leave the kitchen because it smelled so good when the chicken was being prepared with the barbecue sauce. I subbed apple juice for the beer and it was still wonderful.

I was one of the original members of Recipezaar that was truly a community of individuals that enjoyed each other in forums and chat rooms. I've been a member of this site since 2003. Made some tremendous friends that I still think of often. I'll continue coming here because my recipes are here and so many more that I tried over the years as a member.
