  • Place strawberries and oranges in serving bowl.
  • Combine orange juice and honey; mix well.
  • Pour over fruit.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Add bananas and mix.

  1. This is yummy. DD1 (4 years old) likes it too. I used freshly squeezed orange juice from the peel and pith which I cut off all my sections. I like to properly food combine fruit as per http://www.rawplus.com/images/foodcom.jpg so I would have left out the banana but DD1 wanted it and it tastes good with it but gives a bloated feeling with the acidic fruits & juice. I used 1 tbs less clear honey (I think the recipe could do without any), dried coconut plus the strawberries. Made for "I've saved all these recipes!" March Diabetic Tag.
